Cable TV rates are rising for residents of Tulsa, OK in April. Cox cable is raising rates for thier Expanded Basic package by $2 a month, which will raise the cost of programming from $43.99 to $45.99. The monthly DVR service fee is also increasing from $9.99 a month to $11.99 a month. The raises are said to be due to higher programming costs.
