Yesterday Dish Network announced the addition of two more local HD markets including Hartford & New Haven, Conn. and Portland - Auburn, Maine. With these new areas, Dish now offers HD locals in 57 markets, reaching more than 66 percent of U.S. TV households. By the end of 2008, the satellite TV provider plans to reach 100 HD local markets and 100 national HD channels.
